Role Overview:
Working closely with the company's Directors and supporting other members of the executive team, this role is ideal for someone with exceptional planning skills and a calm, professional approach. The position covers a wide range of responsibilities, including diary and inbox management, project support, research, and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing diaries and scheduling meetings for senior leaders, ensuring all participants are fully briefed and prepared Coordinating responses to invitations, meeting requests, and travel arrangements Supporting internal and external communications on behalf of the Director Assisting in the preparation of materials and briefing documents Liaising with event organisers and stakeholders to ensure successful participation and representation Maintaining accurate records and handling confidential correspondence Supporting Board and subcommittee meeting logistics, including room bookings, tech setup, and refreshments Delivering ad-hoc administrative support and contributing to wider business projects when needed
Skills & Experience:
Strong written and verbal communication skills Solid experience in diary and inbox management for senior professionals Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities Professional, discrete, and confident handling sensitive information Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
